Job Overview The Human Resources Generalist provides high-level administrative support to the HR team, ensuring efficient coordination of recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management processes. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, processing candidate expenses, maintaining employee data in various systems, preparing new hire and termination documentation, and supporting general HR operations. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and adherence to all applicable regulatory and company policies. Responsibilities Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to benefits, disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development. Creates and manages processes and solutions for specific operational needs including policies and process administration. Conducts timely follow-up on all employee related matters, leading these with confidentiality, trust, compliance, and empathy. Facilitate resolution of complex employee benefits issues, including paperwork, questions and involvement of COE when needed. Maintain personnel records in compliance with governing regulations Facilitates new employee orientation sessions, including benefits review and documentation, policy review and training. Facilitates and coordinates company culture and recognition programs. Assists in the coordination and execution of promotional and advertising events. Coordinate employee events and those within the community. Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law. Qualifications/Skills Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform and deliver under pressure. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong attentiveness to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality. Education, Experience & Licensing Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business Administration or other related field. 1-3 years experience in human resources. SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred. All employees are required to adhere to DEA, EPA, FDA and cGMP regulations as they relate to the operation of the Company; and to adhere to all company safety rules and procedures. All employees are expected to report to work regularly and promptly. Other duties relating to departmental mission, not specifically detailed in this section may be assigned.
