Job Summary:

About the Role:
As a RN Weekend Supervisor , you will oversee a team of nurses and caregivers on weekends, providing clinical guidance and support as needed. Your role will involve:
Coordinating patient care and nurse assignments to ensure efficient use of resources
Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
Providing guidance and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Monitoring and reporting on patient outcomes and satisfaction
Participating in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient care and services
Responsibilities:
Supervise a team of nurses and caregivers on weekends, providing clinical guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Arkansas
