Physician's Assistant

Body & Mind Medical Center

Job Description

Body and Mind Medical Center, an adult primary care practice located in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood, is seeking a compassionate and dependable part-time Physician Assistant. This role involves providing patient care both in-office and through telehealth, offering a flexible schedule to accommodate a balanced work setting. The Physician Assistant will collaborate with a supervising physician who is available remotely for consultation as needed.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient evaluations and physical examinations
Diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions
Manage chronic illnesses and provide follow-up care
Document patient visits accurately and thoroughly
Coordinate care and communicate with the supervising physician
Deliver care through telehealth and in-office appointments

Preferred Qualifications

Entry-level experience in physician assistant practice
