Job Description Job Description Experience working with design and product teams from road-mapping through delivery Experience working directly with product designers, UX researchers, and content strategists 4+ years of experience as a project manager or program manager with experience establishing programs, defining and iterating on process, supporting design teams, and developing relationships Helpful to have a start-up or agency background Experience with stakeholder management, navigating complex organizational ecosystems, experience bringing something to launch Familiarity with design tools/systems such as Invision, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Sigma, Zeplin Experience communicating with data to drive change Proven track record of strategy, project delivery and leadership;Agency management experience Strong design leadership skills with experience partnering with product and business teams Ability to translate complex ideas and express them in concise, simple to understand ways Ability to drive results at all levels regardless of reporting structures Experience working under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines with frequent interruptions and redefined priorities Familiarity with human-centered design methodologies, empathy for end users, and passion for teaching and learning from others to shape process and culture Willingness to work out of New York City office with some work days in Basking Ridge, NJ and/or Piscataway, NJ #J-18808-Ljbffr Downtown Boulder Partnership
