Expert Client Advisor, Men's Ready-To-Wear - Beverly Center

As an Expert Client Advisor specializing in Men's Ready-To-Wear at Beverly Center, you act as a brand ambassador focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving category sales. You are the in-store authority for your category, responsible for client development, product storytelling, and supporting team performance through coaching and training. Responsibilities Serve as the go-to expert for Men's Ready-To-Wear, demonstrating deep product knowledge and category leadership. Drive in-store RTW sales and consistently perform as a top seller within the category. Lead product trainings and support new launches to ensure team readiness and product understanding. Develop and manage a personal portfolio of clients using effective clienteling techniques to grow business. Communicate corporate strategy and business priorities to the team via morning briefings, trainings and 1:1 coaching. Observe and coach team members during the selling ceremony to elevate selling techniques and client experience. Requirements Passion for the brand and the Men's Ready-To-Wear category with strong luxury retail sensibilities. Excellent storytelling and interpersonal skills with a proven sales track record and client development experience. Outstanding product knowledge and the ability to translate features into compelling client stories. Analytical and commercial aptitude to drive business results and provide actionable feedback to leadership.
