Workwear Outfitters is also the exclusive licensee for Dickies apparel in the B2B channel.Our Purpose: “We champion and empower workers who make our world work better” Major benefits include medical, vision and dental, Life and Disability coverage.Other benefits included: 401K, Tuition reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Flexible Spending Accounts, and many others.**REQUIREMENTS:*** This position requires high attention to detail and quality.* This position requires demonstrated flexibility and the ability to work with others positively.* Ability to handle multiple tasks.* Ability to work overtime.* Ability to work weekends, when needed.* Must follow directions well.* Good attendance is a must.**RESPONSIBILITIES:*** Associate will assist in all phases of shipping and receiving processes in the Hi-Bay area.* Associate must be able to repetitiously lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs. consistently.* Associate must be able to load and unload trailers, staging orders in trailers and pallets based on the carriers.* Associate needs to demonstrate quality communication and organization.* Associate must be willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment, cold in the winter and hot in the summer.* Energetic and follow all safety rules and guidelines.* Primary responsibilities will be shrink-wrapping palletized products, utilizing the shrink-wrap machine plus loading trailers on the shipping dock as needed.* Maintains a safe and clean work environment that shows pride in Workwear and is worthy of always sharing with visitors.**HOURS:** 2nd shift hours: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Some overtime may be required.
