Building and scaling agentic AI systems for enterprise use, the full-time Senior Python Engineer will develop Python services that integrate AI capabilities into a production platform while working remotely. Key responsibilities Drive backend development for AI workflows and evolve Python/FastAPI services powering core capabilities Productionize LLM integrations and implement systems for usage, quotas, retries, and cost controls Design for security and compliance, focusing on customer data handling and auditability for regulated workloads Required qualifications 7+ years of professional software development experience, with 5+ years in building Python services in production Proven experience with AWS and cloud-native backend services relevant to secure enterprise workloads Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and data-intensive system design, including large-scale data processing patterns Experience with multi-tenant systems, RBAC, and secure data handling in regulated environments Hands-on experience building LLM-driven workflows and familiarity with frameworks like LangGraph Virtual Vocations Inc
