Art Director

Art DirectorAs an Art Director, you will be responsible for lead visual content—such as look/feel, lockups, and storyboards—while partnering with a copywriter to develop cohesive, persuasive campaigns that effectively align with brand strategy and effectively communicate the intended message, engaging the target audience. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with copywriters to develop compelling, on-brand creative conceptsLead the visual execution of advertising across print, digital, social, and broadcast media.Oversee and guide designers, illustrators, photographers, and other creatives to ensure high-quality outputPresent creative ideas and campaign concepts to internal teams and clientsEnsure all visual elements align with brand guidelines and campaign objectivesManage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining qualityStay current on design trends, advertising techniques, and industry best practicesProvide feedback and mentorship to junior creatives within the teamQualificationsBachelor's Degree or higher in Fine Arts, graphic design, advertising, visual communications, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in art direction or design in an agency or creative environmentStrong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and diverse high-quality design work across mediaProficiency with creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)Experience collaborating with copywriters, designers, strategists, and clientsStrong written and verbal communication skills to present ideas clearlyUnderstanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principlesAttention to detail, a love of craft.Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesGeneral awareness and understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns, mobile experiences, and social media landscape.Enthusiasm, big ideas and attention for details. *Please provide portfolio link and resume when applying* Additional InformationThe Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
