This role involves engaging with guests, providing a first‑class mountain adventure, communicating clearly, and making split‑second decisions to ensure proper ticket validation. This is a seasonal position with part‑time opportunities, paid at $20.00/hr. Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December. Essential Duties Ensure RFID gate reads guest passes Assist with orchestration, set up, and breakdown of maze Open and close pinch points as needed for maximum traffic flow Be aware of all ticket types and prices Assist and respond to guest inquiries Maintain current information about the mountain and events Troubleshoot RFID gates and tablet equipment Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications, Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements Must be at least 14 years of age or older Able to work outside for long periods of time in inclement weather Reliable transportation to/from work Able to work in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment Communicate and problem‑solve independently Comfortable working with electronic equipment Ability to lift 50 lbs on a consistent basis Actively pursuing a high school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience preferred Physical Demands and Working Conditions This position may be required to work weekends and holidays.
