The ever-evolving team is looking for a Maintenance Technician – Closure Line/Blow Mold to join us and start molding their future today. Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed to support production. In this role, you'll perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime. You'll work with SACMI compression molding equipment, blow molders, conveyors, palletizers, chillers, compressors, and other automated manufacturing systems.Our Maintenance Technicians use their mechanical aptitude and technical expertise to diagnose problems, repair equipment, rebuild machine components, and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and performance. You'll utilize computerized maintenance systems and predictive maintenance tools, complete maintenance documentation, and collaborate closely with production to ensure equipment is operating at peak performance. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is an essential part of this position.Who Are You?Someone who enjoys solving mechanical and electrical problems and takes pride in keeping equipment running at its best. You are comfortable working around automated manufacturing equipment and are able to stand for extended periods, bend, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds while performing maintenance activities.A High School Diploma or GED is preferred. Three years of stable work experience with one employer may be considered in lieu of a diploma. Technical training or experience in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, mechatronics, or a related field is preferred.
