Job Description

We are seeking a Certified Welder to join our small team of 1-5 members. The ideal candidate will perform welding operations with precision and maintain high safety standards while working collaboratively in a focused environment.

Responsibilities

Perform welding operations following specifications and blueprints
Maintain welding equipment and ensure safety protocols are followed
Collaborate with a small team to complete projects efficiently
Inspect welds for quality and adhere to project requirements

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of welding experience

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient in Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)
Experience with Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW)
Knowledge of Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW)
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Strong understanding of welding safety practices
Physical stamina to perform welding tasks
Attention to detail in all work
Effective problem-solving skills
