This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution across digital channels including paid media, organic search, social media, email marketing, and the firm's website.The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and adaptable, with the ability to use data and insights to continuously improve campaign performance and audience engagement.Responsibilities:Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with firm-wide marketing and business objectives.Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across SEO/SEM, paid media, social platforms, email marketing, display advertising, and content syndication.Manage and optimize programmatic and paid advertising initiatives, including budgeting, targeting, and performance optimization.Optimize website traffic, user experience, and conversion rates through SEO, content marketing, and CRO best practices.Partner with the portfolio marketing team to build and manage a digital content and distribution calendar aligned to brand messaging and priorities.Oversee the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns, partnering with the broader marketing team on list management, content development, segmentation, and deployment.Ensure consistent execution and optimization of email performance metrics.Measure, monitor, and report on digital marketing performance using KPIs and ROI analysis.Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and targeting.Leverage analytics tools to support continuous testing and optimization efforts.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop creative assets and execute campaigns.Partner cross-functionally to support integrated marketing initiatives.Stay current on digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation to identify growth opportunities.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices across digital marketing activities.What Success Looks Like:High-Impact Digital Campaigns: Consistent execution of digital campaigns that drive increased website traffic, engagement, and qualified lead generationMeasurable Performance: Clear reporting and optimization of digital marketing efforts with demonstrated improvements in ROI and conversion metricsStrong Channel Execution: Well-managed social media, email, paid media, and SEO programs that support brand visibility and growth objectivesCross-Team Collaboration: Effective partnership with marketing, sales, and external partners to deliver cohesive and timely campaignsContinuous Improvement: Active use of data and insights to test, learn, and refine digital strategies in a changing digital landscape.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field5–7+ years of experience in digital marketing or advertisingStrong understanding of digital channels, tools, and best practicesHands-on experience with SEO, lead generation, email marketing, and paid mediaProficiency with web analytics and social media platformsExcellent analytical, communication, and project management skillsAbility to collaborate across teams and manage multiple initiatives simultaneouslyProfessional services or B2B experience preferredWhy Alexander Group?Be part of a highly respected, data-driven consulting firmWork on impactful digital initiatives tied directly to firm growthCollaborate with experienced marketing and consulting professionalsGain exposure to a broad range of marketing channels and strategies within a professional services environmentSalary Range: $72,000 – $82,000 base salary.
