Our direct client has an opening for a Security Architect 10945-1
This position is up to 6 months, with the option of extension, and is in Columbia, SC
Corp to Corps are NOT allowed for this client. W2 Only.
DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This position will be responsible for developing architecture and technical discussion to lead cloud security, privacy, compliance decisions, support migration of on-prem applications and services to Azure.
- This position would mentor architects and engineering staff while staying up to date on all technical developments related to Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electrical engineering, computer engineering or equivalent
- Equivalent years of experience can be substituted for formal education (5+ years’ experience)
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
- Microsoft azure certifications
- Azure administrator
- Windows server hybrid administrator associate
- Identity and access administrator associate
- MS SQL Server 2014 No 2 Advanced Within 6 Months 4 - 6 Years
- SQL Server No 2 Advanced Within 6 Months 4 - 6 Years
- SonicWall firewall Yes 1 Expert Currently Using 4 - 6 Years
- Cisco - Firewalls Yes 1 Expert Currently Using 4 - 6 Years
- JUNIPER FIREWALLS Yes 1 Expert Currently Using 4 - 6 Years
- Azure Power Platform Yes 1 Lead Currently Using 4 - 6 Years
