Outpatient Therapist

Location: Fairfield Glade, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 8-hour day shift, with a commitment to 36 hours guaranteed and the expectation of working up to 40 hours weekly.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient services, with preferred experience but new graduates are welcomed to apply. The role involves managing a patient caseload, ensuring high-quality patient care, and meeting productivity expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for patients.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 12-14 patients per day.
• Maintain a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Possibility of double-booking follow-up visits.
• Coordinate care and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Outpatient experience preferred.
• Licensure in the appropriate field (specific requirements may vary based on specialty).
• New graduates and first-time travelers are encouraged to apply.
