Contract Coordinator

Opportunity Overview Contract Coordinator – Level 1, 4‑month assignment (W‑2) based in Juno Beach, FL. Your Day‑to‑Day Review, intake, and interpret existing contracts and related documents (e.g., letters of credit, guaranty issuances, amendments). Identify contract type, parties, expiration dates, renewal terms, key obligations, and other standard fields for internal tracking. Classify contracts in the internal database according to the established taxonomy. Flag missing information, inconsistencies, or unclear terms for escalation to Legal or designated reviewers. Electrically file implemented contracts and supporting documentation in the document retention system following naming conventions and retention policies. Support audits and retrieval requests by locating documents quickly and reliably. Use AI‑enabled tools to accelerate contract summarization, metadata extraction, and classification suggestions. Compare AI‑generated outputs against contract language, correct errors, and document insights to improve future accuracy. Track work volumes, turnaround times, and error trends; propose improvements to reduce rework. Who You Are Proficient with contract lifecycle management tools, document management/retention systems, and databases (e.g., SharePoint, CLM tools). Experienced with AI‑assisted tools for extraction, summarization, and classification, and verified results against source documents. 2+ years of experience reviewing, processing, or administering contracts (Legal Ops, contract administration, procurement support, compliance). Experience electronically filing documents in a retention system or document management platform with established conventions. Comfortable handling confidential information. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $22.00/hr to $27.00/hr.
