Description A family in Pac Heights is seeking an empathetic, high-energy nanny to care for their two boys, ages 2 and 3 years old. Their eldest son requires 1:1 attention due to a recent diagnosis of a severe form of epilepsy, and the family is looking for a second nanny to join their dynamic team. He is on a ketogenic diet, which requires active management and logging of meals, so the candidate should be comfortable in the kitchen and able to cook for the children. Responsibilities include engaging and planning age-appropriate activities, driving the children to and from school and activities, cooking for the children, doing the children's laundry, traveling with the family (usually to Santa Barbara a few weeks per year and over the summer), and providing light pet care for their dog. The ideal candidate is a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced household with strong communication skills. They should be loving, engaging, and ideally be with the family for many years to come.
