Radiologic Technologist

The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for providing safe and age-appropriate care to patients while performing diagnostic imaging procedures. This role requires a high level of independent judgment and the ability to operate technical equipment effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in providing safe, age-appropriate patient care during imaging procedures.
• Perform a variety of technical procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative for disease diagnosis and treatment.
• Set up imaging equipment and position patients appropriately for procedures.
• Ensure quality diagnostic studies by obtaining proper images according to established department procedures.
• Demonstrate flexibility in work hours to accommodate department needs.
• Maintain dependability, accountability, and a cooperative attitude within the team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and ability to operate diagnostic imaging equipment safely and effectively.
• Experience performing imaging studies independently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
