Purchasing Receiving Clerk

III. JOB SUMMARY: The Purchasing Receiving clerk is responsible for assisting and receiving all food, beverage, and supplies into the club. This person will be responsible for keeping the store rooms clean and organized. Will assist the purchasing assistant with filling departmental requisitions for farm and beverage events. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with receiving all food and beverage, and supplies into the club. Assist with monthly count of inventories Keep the store rooms clean and organized Assist with filling departmental requisitions for farm and beverage events. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Good organizational and management skills. Superior oral and written communication skills. Good attention to detail plus the ability to quickly identify and resolve problems. Previous purchasing experience a plus. Ability to take direction and work in a team environment. Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure. Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized. Commitment to quality service, and food and beverage knowledge. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 80 pounds Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Ability to multi-task. VII. REPORTS TO: Purchasing Director VIII. NON-EXEMPT POSITION: Part Time- Hours Tuesdays, Thursdays 7:30am-1:00pm, availability on Fridays and Saturdays will vary depending on business needs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
