Responsibilities: Source, screen, and interview candidates for light industrial and administrative roles Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified applicants Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand hiring needs Coordinate onboarding processes, including orientation and paperwork Manage job postings,recruitmentcampaigns, and community outreach Communicate effectively in English and Spanish with candidates and clients Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations Requirements: Staffing agency experience is mandatory Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Proficient with computers and applicant tracking systems #J-18808-Ljbffr
