Civil Superintendent

Leading site activities for construction and commissioning projects, the full-time Civil Superintendent will manage site teams, ensure compliance with schedules and quality standards, and contribute to strategy development while working remotely. Key responsibilities Oversee all site activities during project phases, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and local regulations Develop specialized knowledge in civil construction, serving as a best practice resource and contributing to policy development Utilize technical expertise to analyze data and support decision-making for operational challenges Required qualifications Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with at least 6 years of relevant experience for roles in the USA Significant experience in Project Management and Site Management for roles outside of the USA In-depth knowledge of best practices in civil construction and project execution Ability to lead small projects and mentor less experienced colleagues Strong understanding of competition and market differentiation factors
