Position Overview Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I) – Begin your career by obtaining the Securities Industry licenses (Securities Industry Essentials [SIE], Series 7, and Series 66). After licensing, you will receive training to develop consultative advisory skills and will be responsible for building and managing client relationships while delivering Bank of America’s core banking and investment solutions. Key Responsibilities Obtain and maintain the required industry licenses (SIE, Series7, Series66). Complete academy training to develop consultative advisory skills. Build and manage client relationships in a financial center, interacting with banking customers, small‑business owners, and high‑net‑worth clients. Conduct end‑to‑end financial advice, deliver client reviews and presentations, and recommend strategies aligned with client goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients with solutions from Bank of America and Merrill. Required Qualifications Must obtain required industry licenses and be able to manage time and capacity. Experience cultivating client relationships, accessing needs, and recommending solutions. Proven ability to create strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results‑driven mindset, ability to prioritize client interests in a complex, fast‑paced environment. Capability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to new technology. Desired Qualifications Current holder of FINRA SIE license and a bachelor’s degree or at least one year of financial services or sales experience. Skills in client experience, branding, advisory, investment management, pipeline management, and referral management. Experience in prospecting, business acumen, executive presence, oral communications, and risk management awareness. Schedule & Hours Monday through Friday, with some Saturday work required. Standard 40 hours per week. First shift (United States). Additional Information This position requires SAFE Act registration and a background check.
