This territory offers unique growth potential as we expand our services and scale our operations in one of the region's most rapidly developing areas.What Makes This Opportunity UniqueMultiple Career Paths: Advance to climbing, equipment operation, or specialized PHC management.Premium Market Focus: Work in beautiful neighborhoods with quality-conscious clients.Future Service Expansion: Opportunities to cross-train as we launch lawn care and additional services within 2 years.Established System: Benefit from an established franchise network offering comprehensive training and support.What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities)Plant Health Care (PHC) Operations:Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate trees and shrubs on client properties to identify pest infestations, diseases, and nutritional deficiencies.Treat & Protect: Safely mix, handle, and apply targeted fertilizers, insecticides, and fungicides using specialized spray and soil-injection equipment.Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate, clean, and maintain all PHC tanks, pumps, hoses, and application gear.Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all EPA, state, and local regulations regarding chemical applications and safety protocols.Record Keeping: Accurately document daily treatments, product usage, and field observations.Tree Care & Ground Operations:Site Management: Ensure safe drop zones for climbing crew members, assist with traffic control, and protect public safety.Equipment Operation: Safely operate heavy tree care equipment, including gas-powered chainsaws, pole saws, and wood chippers.Logistics & Cleanup: Assist with daily vehicle preparation, perform ground-level pruning, and rigorously clean up the job site by loading trucks and feeding brush into chippers.Customer Experience: Communicate professionally with homeowners, listen for upselling opportunities to pass to the crew leader, and build trusting client relationships.What You Need to Succeed (Requirements)Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in tree care operations or landscaping.Licensing: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
