Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. This role offers the opportunity to work with residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute care environment, helping them improve mobility, confidence, and independence through personalized therapy programs.

What You'll Do:

Deliver physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
Assist residents with mobility training, therapeutic exercises, balance activities, transfer training, and functional movement programs
Support individualized care plans designed to help residents achieve meaningful rehabilitation goals
Observe resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising PT
Collaborate with nursing staff and rehabilitation team members to provide coordinated care
Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist Assistant license required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
