Youth Development Specialist

BGCCVA is seeking a Youth Development Professional to plan, prepare, and deliver developmentally appropriate programs for youth members at the Orange Club. You will help create a safe, engaging environment and model healthy behaviors while supporting academic and character growth. The role reports to the Unit Director and involves indoor/outdoor activities for groups of at least 15 youths, ages 5-18, with a focus on health, leadership, and readiness. #J-18808-Ljbffr
