ABOUT THE POSITIONS
Back of House Team: Our Back of House team handles a wide variety of food prep tasks that include, but are not limited to: Preparing, portioning, and cooking meats & side dishes Handling & expediting carry out and catering delivery orders Proper cleaning & sanitation of dishes, kitchen equipment, and work areas Front of House Team: Our Front of House team is the first point of contact for our customers. Duties include, but are not limited to: Customer service, including taking orders & payments (over the phone & in person) Portioning and expediting side dishes & entrees for customer orders Proper cleaning & sanitation of dining, restroom, and work areas Required Skills for ALL Positions: Ability to show up for shifts reliably, on time, and ready to work (in uniform / of clear mind, etc.) Ability to focus / excellent attention to detail (weighing / measuring, checking for quality / accuracy, etc.) Ability to understand / follow written instructions (recipes, kitchen tickets, checklists, procedures, etc.) Ability to maintain well-paced / frequent mobility (stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, carry, etc.) Scheduling: The restaurant is open from 12 - 8pm, and usually busiest during evenings and weekends. Scheduled shifts may extend either earlier or later than open hours, depending on opening / closing assignments and business needs.WHAT WE OFFER
