Qualified Business Analysts should have: 3to 7 years of Business Analysis expertise, preferably in highly regulated sectors. Without highly regulated industry experience, we'd be looking for ~5 years of BA experience. Hands-on experience with financial or related software platforms A strong capability to interpretbusiness workflows independently Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders A professional, detail-conscious demeanor focused on precise project deliverables Locality in or around Lancaster, with the ability to commit toworking in a hybrid setting up to 3 days in office.
