Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor advanced manufacturing equipment.
• Perform product inspections using microscopes and other quality tools.
• Set up, troubleshoot, and make basic adjustments to equipment.
• Track production data and maintain accurate records.
• Follow safety, quality, and cleanroom procedures.
• Handle materials safely while using required PPE.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and quality goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, machine operation, or a technical environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Cleanroom, semiconductor, or quality inspection experience is a plus.

Schedule

12-Hour Shifts

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM 6:00 AM
• Rotating schedule with overtime built in every other week.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Breinigsville, PA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
