Summer Real Estate Corporate Accounting Intern

Kimco Realty Corp. in New York is offering a Summer Internship to current undergraduate or graduate students pursuing business with real estate interests. The program runs about 8 weeks, ~40 hours per week, paid at $20 per hour, with flexible start dates. You will assist with Form 10-Q preparation, support quarter-close planning, build analyses using AI tools for accounting projects, and collaborate with Treasury and Tax teams on cross-functional assignments.
