Multifamily Make-Ready & Maintenance Technician

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Make Ready technician to ensure vacant apartments are restored quickly to market-ready condition. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs inside and outside the property, coordinating with the Community Manager to minimize vacancy time. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to OSHA guidelines, and using industry tools.
