What the Week Looks Like

Monday through Friday. No evenings, no weekends, no on-call. You focus on patients and we handle the rest.

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position paying 70% of collections. You set your pace and your earnings scale with your work.

Administrative Work Handled

We take on the administrative work, facility communication and billing so your time stays clinical.

Responsibilities

You will lead comprehensive PM&R evaluations and follow-up care at skilled nursing facilities in the greater Tacoma area. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Conducting PM&R consultations and follow-up visits
• Prescribing medications and ordering and interpreting diagnostics
• Developing and overseeing personalized care plans
• Supervising and mentoring our PAs and NPs
• Participating in interdisciplinary team rounds

Requirements

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Washington medical license
• Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
• Active DEA registration
• Post-acute or SNF-based experience preferred
