Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a registered nurse (RN) specialized in intensive care unit cardiovascular (ICU CV) in Rochester, Minnesota. The RN will be responsible for coordinating nursing care, providing direct patient care, patient and family education, and facilitating transitions of care. The candidate must bring their license on the first day of employment. The role supports professional nursing practices across various settings within the cardiac intensive care unit.

Job Details:

• Location: Rochester, Minnesota
• Shift Hours: 12 hours (Day/Night rotation) from 0700-1930 and 1900-0730, with every third weekend required
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current RN license by applicable state requirements; two years of recent acute nursing experience; one year of recent RN travel experience; two years of Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (ICU) RN experience; experience with pulmonary artery catheter, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), Impella, advanced hemodynamic monitoring and management, ventilator management; minimum education includes being a student or graduate of an accredited nursing program recognized by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) for healthcare providers certification, and RN license.
• Preferred Qualifications: Cardiovascular Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) preferred by manager.
• Additional Information: Floating is required as needed.
