Our flourishing Christ-centered private practice in Oakland, MD is looking for a dedicated physician to join our team, offering the full scope of family medicine services, including OB care, in our rural, underserved Appalachian Mountain community. This is a unique opportunity to provide exceptional, holistic care while engaging in mission-driven work both locally and globally.

• Comprehensive Scope: Offer full-spectrum family medicine, including Obstetrics (including C-sections) , newborn care, weight loss management, and acute care, with a focus on high-quality, outcome-driven patient well-being.

• Supportive Team: Work alongside a collegial group of 2 experienced Family Medicine Physicians, 6 Advanced Practitioners (2 NPs, 4 PAs), and a highly tenured support staff. You'll have the infrastructure to focus on meaningful patient relationships .

• Mission-Driven Culture: Join a faith-based practice committed to meaningful service. We are actively developing a not-for-profit arm to support our providers in overseas medical missions and disaster response. Garrett County is truly a mission field!

• Balanced Schedule: Enjoy a full-time schedule thats conducive to work-life balance with 4 days per week in the primary care office. You will participate in a manageable 1-in-3 call schedule, with call time divided between deliveries and our acute-care clinic.
