CTG's premier client has a contract assignment for a Payroll Coordinator .
Type: Contract
Job Title: Payroll Coordinator
Location: Painted Post, NY
Candidates must be able to commute and work onsite in Painted Post, NY
Pay Rate: Based on experience
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: 4-year degree preferred
A successful candidate in this position will possess strong soft skills as well as:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to recognize and protect confidential data
- Process improvement mindset
- Strong PC skills
Description:
- Respond and triage finance-related inquiries via mail, email, and phone
- Support internal and external customer service related to financial processes
- Review and process financial records and data
- Enter adjustments and facilitate necessary financial transactions
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure accurate processing of financial data
- Review data for accuracy and compliance
- Create and maintain documentation of relevant financial processes
Requirements:
- Education: 4-year degree preferred
- Qualifications: Prior experience in finance or related field is a plus, with a focus on customer service and data entry
Additional Information:
