Construction Team Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of employees to ensure efficient operations and exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering results. Responsibilities: -Must be authorized to work for any employer in the US -Must have 3-5 years of construction experience -Manage a construction crew to meet scheduling goals and exceed client expectations while ensuring appropriate and professional communication between Crew Members, Management, and Subcontractors. -Ensure projects are built according to approved plans, specifications, shop drawings and applicable building codes while maintaining high quality standards. -Lead the onsite crew to identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for scope, quality, schedule, and financial targets. -Manage receivership, storage, and protection of materials and ensure a clean, organized, and professional presentation of work sites. -Support the crew with professional development -75% hands-on work with 25% admin tasks on a daily basis will be expected in this position. -75% of time could be travel away from area/State -Performance bonus available Skills: -Previous residential and light commercial construction experience and knowledge in remodel and new build -Safety first mentality -Must have Real ID (to fly domesticallyl) -Reliable transportation with valid Driver's License -Demonstrate awareness and understanding of OSHA and company safety requirements -Ability to lead and manage crew and subcontractors -All applicants will be required to pass a physical and drug test -Applicant will be given an Nocti test to help determine pay scale This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passonate about leading a team towards success.
