Travel Physical Therapist (PT) Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Roseburg, Oregon. Location: Roseburg, Oregon Required Qualifications Valid Physical Therapy license in compliance with state regulations Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC) Preferred Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Physical Therapy experience (New Grads are welcome to apply) Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position Responsibilities Evaluate patients’ physical conditions using standardized tests, clinical examinations, and patient history Develop personalized rehabilitation programs based on assessment findings and patient goals Implement physical therapy treatment plans using various techniques Operate and maintain specialized physical therapy equipment and modalities Assess patient progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes in the medical record Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and self‑management techniques Maintain a safe treatment environment and adhere to infection control protocols Participate in quality assurance initiatives and professional development Collaborate in discharge planning for smooth transitions to community or home settings Perform other duties as assigned within scope of practice Required Essential Skills Critical thinking and strong clinical skills Service excellence and good interpersonal communication Proficiency in English (reading, writing, communicating) Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions Proficiency in PC skills Physical abilities: stay stationary, move about, lift equipment (50‑100 lbs), push, pull, bend Interpersonal: work effectively with diverse personnel and maintain a positive attitude Technical/motor skills: fine manipulation, assist with procedures, use department equipment Mental: cope with frequent public contact, meet deadlines under pressure, work under close or independent supervision, manage irregular activities and maintain concentration Sensory: visual acuity and effective communication Benefits Highly competitive pay for travel professionals Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance with first‑day coverage Paid Time Off (PTO) after 1,560 hours Life and short‑term disability offered 401(k) matching Refer‑a‑friend bonus program 24/7 recruiter support Reimbursement for licensure and CEUs Fusion is an EOE/E-Verify Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
