About the Role 

As the Head of Marketing & Technical Services - ANZ, you will:

• Collaborate with the CEO and ANZ leadership team to define strategic direction.

• Lead marketing, innovation, and product development for construction chemicals, cement, and concrete products across the region.

• Work closely with global heads of marketing and R&D based in the USA and Italy.

• Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and customers.

• Partner with technical and marketing teams, as well as procurement and communications counterparts, to drive business results.

What You’ll Bring:

• 8-10 years of leadership experience in Business Management, Marketing, or Commercial roles, ideally within the construction or technical services industry.

• Proven experience managing regional or global market needs focused on product development, marketing, and innovation.

• Expertise in working within matrix and multinational organizations, with a deep understanding of strategy development and implementation.

• Strong project management experience, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring quality standards and organizational objectives are met.
