What You’ll Do: Administer medications and treatments as ordered. Respond to resident needs and ensure comfort and safety. Document care and communicate updates to the care team. Support a calm, safe overnight environment for residents. What You’ll Need: Active Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse license in the state of MN. Previous experience in senior living preferred, but not required. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passion for providing compassionate care to older adults.
