Assistant Nurse Manager

Summary Assists with planning, administering and evaluating the 24-hour operation of one or more nursing units. Attends patient rounds with physicians, answers questions regarding patients' condition, receives physicians' orders and notes patients' charts. Directs preparation and maintenance of patient clinical records. Location Broward Health Coral Springs Education Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma or BSN); or if attended an approved nursing school must have two years of recent acute care hospital experience in the past three years. Experience Two years of experience required. Credentials Registered Nurse BLS and ACLS through AHA or Red Cross Hire-On/Retention Bonus of $12,000.00** Employee Referral Bonus of $3,000.00* The referee’s name must be listed on the application under referral source in order to be eligible for any FT or PT positions.
