Additional Position Details: FTE: 0.600000 | Part Time | Variable Schedule Days | This is an Outreach Nurse position.

Salary Range: $53.99-$77.79

Shift Differentials: 

• $2.50 extra for working between 3:00pm - 11:00pm
• $10.00 extra for working between 11:01pm and 7:00am
• $2.50 extra for working weekends
• $6.00 extra per hour for Outreach Nurse pay.

Position Summary

Asante Ashland , located in Ashland, Oregon. Outpatient services include internal medicine, home health, wound care, and hyperbaric medicine. Founded in 1907, the hospital has grown and evolved to meet the changing needs of the community and the changing demands of healthcare.

The RN for Asante Ashland is responsible for delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation; and effectively interacting with patients and other health team members while maintaining standards of professional nursing. Position Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is preferred

Experience

• 1 year of acute care experience is required
• Emergency Department, Urgent Care, or Critical Care experience is preferred

Licensure/Certifications

• RN: Registered Nurse licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
• BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
• ACLS: Advanced Cardiac Life Support certified by American Heart Association (AHA) within 4 months of hire and must be current to triage
• PALS: Pediatric Advanced Life Support certified by American Heart Association (AHA) within 4 months of hire and must be current to triage
• TNCC: Trauma Nurse Core Course within 4 months of hire and must be current to triage
• TEAM: Trauma Evaluation and Management is acceptable instead of TNCC for subsequent years
• NRP: Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification within 6 months of hire for Critical Outreach RNs

• CEN: Certified Emergency Nurse
• CPEN: Certified Pediatric Emergency Nurse
• TCRN: Trauma Certified Registered Nurse
• CFRN: Certified Flight Registered Nurse
• CCRN: Certified Critical Care Registered Nurse
