Job Summary Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives. Job Summary Cedars-Sinai Medical Center is seeking a Contract Administrator to manage procurement, strategic sourcing, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage procurement, sourcing, and contract administration. Conduct financial analysis, spend analysis, and supplier benchmarking. Negotiate contracts, pricing, rebates, and vendor agreements. Develop cost-reduction strategies and evaluate supplier performance. Prepare reports, purchase plans, and service-level agreements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounting, or a related field. 3 5 years of purchasing, contracting, and vendor negotiation experience. Financial analysis and procurement experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems. Oracle experience required; Oracle Cloud preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or GED required.
