Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | 8-hour shifts, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM | Weekend rotation required

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions in alignment with department objectives
• Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
• Deliver inpatient occupational therapy services within an acute care setting
• Document patient care and treatment progress using EPIC electronic health records
• Participate in weekend rotation coverage as required

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) required (if license obtained on or after January 2007, or foreign equivalent)
• Active Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of practice required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience required
• Acute care experience required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Two or more years of occupational therapy experience
• Experience working in an inpatient acute care environment
