Family Law Paralegal/Legal Assistant

The firm is seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join its growing team. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of family law experience to be considered. Family Law Paralegal Key Responsibilities: Maintain organized client files, track case deadlines, and manage attorney calendars for hearings, depositions, mediations, and meetings. Draft and prepare pleadings, financial affidavits, discovery requests, responses, declarations, and proposed orders. Serve as a primary point of contact to gather case information, provide updates, and support clients through sensitive and emotional matters. Prepare trial notebooks, exhibits, witness lists, and other materials for hearings and trial preparation.
