Hours: Monday – Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM; Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Job Highlights Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Subject to customary background checks. Paid time off, including all federal holidays. Objectives: Greet customers and address various requests. Deliver personalized and engaging customer service. Adhere to all banking regulations and internal policies. Recommend products and services aligned with customer needs. Assist with additional tasks as needed to support bank operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Flexibly perform roles as a receptionist, customer service phone operator, or project team member. Respond to customer inquiries and provide account assistance. Handle administrative tasks as needed. Inform customers about bank services and direct them to appropriate staff when necessary. Reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Maintain a clean and secure workstation. Monitor lobby and drive-thru activity to ensure safety. Maintain knowledge of bank regulations and complete training requirements. Skills and Abilities Exceptional customer service skills. Professional demeanor. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Cash handling experience preferred. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Flexibility and willingness to adapt to various roles and tasks. Computer literacy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office products like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Proficiency in 10 key skills. Bilingual abilities are beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bediasbank
