Join us in making a difference!Pay Range: $17.15 - $18.46 / hourAs a valued team member, you'll be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our current and future members. Your shift will be a dynamic blend of warm greetings, epic high fives, mastering the art of phone etiquette, guiding new members through sign-ups and tours, and, of course, ensuring our space sparkles with cleanliness.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Welcome, greet, and interact with all members, prospective members, and guestsProvide membership information and facilitate toursComplete daily cleaning tasks and ensure gym presentation is always extraordinarily cleanMembership sign-ups, answering phones, point-of-sale transactions, and addressing member concernsAssist with billing issues and disputes and escalate to leadership when neededRegularly review and complete all training materials and updates in the Learning Management System (LMS)Maintain knowledge and assist members with all amenities, membership offerings, fitness programs, and equipment functionsMake and serve smoothies, if applicable, ensuring they meet customer specifications and maintaining quality standardsAttend and participate in regularly scheduled team meetingsPerks & Benefits:401kFree CPR, First Aid, and AED Training (required, if not already certified)Free food handler training and certification (for locations with smoothie bar only)Free Chuze Fitness MembershipDiscounts on retail and smoothie purchases and through vendor partnersTraining and growth opportunities*Additional perks and benefits available for full-time employeesPhysical requirements:Able to read, write, and speak clearly in EnglishTouring the gym: walking and climbing stairsBending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movementStanding for long periodsComputer operationsAbility to lift at least 50lbsQualifications:Experience:Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback Excellent verbal and written communication skills in person and over the phonePreferred:Bilingual in Spanish Previous customer service experience High school graduate or equivalentEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
