About the Job Mars Men is one of the fastest growing DTC brands in the US, achieving $100M run rate in less then 18 months. Recently backed by L Catterton, Mars Men is positioned to become the leading men’s health brand in the supplement space. We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business. We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Designer to help shape and elevate the Mars Men brand as we enter our next stage of growth. You’ll work across a wide range of creative, from brand identity and campaigns to websites, landing pages, product launches, retail, and digital marketing, bringing a consistently high level of design and creative thinking to everything we put into the world. You’ll work closely with our Creative, Growth, eCommerce, and Partnerships teams to take ideas from concept through execution. This is a role for a highly talented, versatile designer with excellent taste, strong brand instincts, and the ability to move seamlessly between big-picture creative thinking and hands-on design. What You’ll Do: Design across the full Mars Men brand ecosystem, including websites, landing pages, campaigns, product launches, digital marketing, retail, partnerships, and brand initiatives Translate brand strategy and creative concepts into thoughtful, distinctive, and highly polished visual work Help evolve and strengthen the Mars Men visual identity, brand systems, and creative standards as the company scales Concept and execute creative for major campaigns and launches from early ideation through final production Collaborate closely with Creative, Growth, eCommerce, Partnerships, and external production partners to bring ideas to life Balance strong brand storytelling with commercial objectives, creating work that is both visually exceptional and effective Manage multiple projects and creative priorities while maintaining a consistently high bar for craft, detail, and execution Must-Have Requirements 5+ years of experience in brand, digital, or multidisciplinary design, ideally within a consumer, DTC, eCommerce, or highly creative brand Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong visual taste, craft, and range across brand identity, web, campaigns, and digital experiences Ability to work across both large brand-building initiatives and fast-moving day-to-day creative needs Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual hierarchy, composition, and brand systems Experience designing websites, landing pages, and digital experiences, with a strong understanding of UX and eCommerce principles Proficiency with modern design tools, including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to turn strategy and ideas into compelling visual executions Comfortable working independently, collaborating cross-functionally, and operating in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership Life at Mars Men Competitive Compensation - We offer a strong salary and benefits package, tailored to attract top talent Remote Work Environment - Our team is remote, offering full flexibility to work from home Autonomy & Ownership - You’ll have the freedom to run your own systems and make real impact Time Off - 15 PTO days per year (prorated), 9 company holidays, plus your birthday off Parental Leave - Generous paid parental leave for growing families Health Benefits - 100% premium coverage for health, dental, and vision plans, with 25% coverage for dependents 401(k) - Company-sponsored plan with a 2% match through Guideline (elective participation) $200 Annual Superpower Membership Growth & Development - We invest in your professional development with ongoing learning opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Mengotomars
