Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -LTC
  We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with Long-Term Care (LTC) experience to join the team at Hospital for a 7-week contract . The LPN will be responsible for providing compassionate nursing care to residents, administering medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring residents' conditions, documenting patient care, assisting with ADLs, and collaborating with CNAs, RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong LTC experience, excellent clinical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
