Customer Service Representative Location: Youngstown, OH Zip Code: 44515 Duration: 2 Months Pay Rate: $21/hr. Start Date: Immediate We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a pay rate of $21/hr, however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Job Description: The CS Rep acts as the frontline link to assist providers in optical offices. They are responsible for answering inquiries via phone, email, and fax, ensuring overall provider satisfaction. In addition, entering in vision prescription orders and investigating existing ones is part of their duty. Specific Skills Needed: Top 3-5 mandatory and/or minimum requirements: Proficiency in the use of computer to navigate between different websites, effective communication, time management, problem-solving, and active listening. Top 3-5 desirable attributes/qualifications? Empathy to understand provider frustration, problem-solving, and active listening. Experience with Microsoft Office products a plus.
