Physical Therapist Assistant

Location: Billings, MT | Schedule: Full-time, on-site Overview An established healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to support its rehabilitation team. In this role, you will work closely with licensed Physical Therapists to deliver high-quality patient care, helping individuals regain mobility and improve their quality of life. What you'll do Implement physical therapy treatment plans as developed by the Physical Therapist Provide non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, massage, traction, and various modalities (heat, light, cold, water, and electrical) to patients Accurately document daily, weekly, or monthly records of patient care and submit clinical paperwork to the office on time each week Attend educational meetings and coordinate and contribute to department in-services Notify the Physical Therapist or Executive Director of equipment failures, supply shortages, staff or patient changes, and other departmental issues Schedule patients and perform various office tasks Apply infection control and universal precautions principles during patient care activities Accept clinical assignments that match education and competence levels Promote compliance with fiscal intermediaries and third-party payors through education, coaching, and other assistance as necessary Required qualifications Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited program Current state license to practice Physical Therapy Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Current CPR certification Why this role This position offers the opportunity to directly support patient recovery and well-being while working alongside licensed Physical Therapists in a collaborative clinical environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Software Placement Group
