Team Sales ManagerThe Assurance Group is looking to hire a licensed and experienced Team Sales Manager with the right skill set for our National Marketing Organization. Although we will recruit experienced insurance agents for you, no experience is necessary. In fact, in many cases we prefer to recruit people coming from other industries. We've found tremendous success taking people with careers as bartenders, servers, teachers, healthcare workers, and even former military and training them to represent our products (life, health, and fixed index annuities). Two years experience minimum required. Requirements Job Requirements: Must be self-motivated and able to motivate others (This is a 1099 commission plus bonuses and overrides team leader role that can move into a W-2 role) Must have a successful sale, training and recruiting track record in the Insurance industry Must have a current Life and Health License Must be able to train and motivate neophyte and experienced agents Must be good with people
