Aircraft Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled and motivated *A&P Mechanic with Inspection Authorization (IA)* to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to ensuring aircraft airworthiness, safety, and reliability.Is your CV ready If so, and you are confident this is the role for you, make sure to apply asap.*Responsibilities:** Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and repairs on piston aircraft.* Conduct annual / 100-hour inspections in accordance with FAA regulations and company policies.* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair airframe, powerplant, and system discrepancies.* Ensure all maintenance documentation, logbooks, and FAA forms are completed accurately and on time.* Collaborate with pilots, owners, and other mechanics to provide clear communication on aircraft status and maintenance recommendations.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment.*Qualifications:** Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate *required*.* Current *Inspection Authorization (IA)* *required*.* Minimum of 3 years of general aviation maintenance experience.* Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations, maintenance manuals, and inspection procedures.* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple aircraft projects simultaneously.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.* Must be eligible to work in the United States and able to pass background and drug screening.*Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with Cessna, Piper, Beechcraft, or Cirrus aircraft.* Familiarity with maintenance tracking systems. xqrzhdi * Avionics troubleshooting experience a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 – 50 per weekPeople with a criminal record are encouraged to applyExperience:* Aircraft maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)License/Certification:* A&P / IA Certification (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* Arlington, WA 98223 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* Arlington, WA 98223: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
